Come and enjoy the abundance on the farm. The cooler air; the changing colours; the darker evenings all make for a cozy time to be on the farm. Preparing you for the winter ahead. Retreat to the farm, to relax and immerse yourself in yoga practice, healthy food and beautiful environment.
Let Dorothy help you refine your practice, develop your ‘discipline’ and teach you how to let go of stress. In the mornings explore the energetically balanced fluidity of Hatha and Hatha Flow Yoga and in the afternoons enjoy a slow, deeply inward turning practice. Dorothy is skilled at leading multi level classes; always giving plenty of verbal cues and modification options throughout classes. A variety of yoga styles will be taught including Hatha, Hatha-Flow, Restorative, Yin-Style and Yoga Nidra. Pranayama and meditation are taught daily.
All levels welcome.

Retreat starts at 4:00pm on the first day and end at noon on the last day.
