New Year’s Eve Retreat with Heather Martin

This is the perfect time of year for retreating: after the stimulation of the holiday season, gathering to re-connect with our inner lives, and to reflect on the season.

This period of intensive practice is suitable for both beginning and experienced practitioners, and – as with all our retreats – will include systematic meditation instructions, guided Loving Kindness practices, Dharma Talks, individual practice discussions and a daily period of mindful yoga.

We will celebrate New Year’s Eve with late evening sitting, together with a ceremony fitting the turning of the year, with the option of staying up till midnight.
