Join us for this special immersion focused on the spring chapters of Jennifer’s newest book!

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, Chinese Medicine, Buddhist mindfulness, and illuminating poetry and readings, this weekend will offer a yoga and meditation practice that is both dynamic and restorative with an emphasis on the individual needs of students.

Beyond the daily practices and delicious food, we’ll also have plenty of time to relax and rest. This retreat is for everyone – all levels welcome.
