Join us for this special immersion into yoga, somatic healing, and meditation with longtime movement and meditation teacher and Chinese Medicine practitioner Jennifer Raye. We'll explore the healing arts and yoga to soothe the nervous system, unwind strain and fatigue, build deep vitality, and support abiding presence.
Drawing inspiration from Buddhist mindfulness, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, the natural world, and illuminating poetry and readings, this weekend will offer a dynamic and restorative yoga practice that emphasizes students' individual needs.
This retreat is for everyone! In addition to the daily practices and delicious food, we’ll also have plenty of time to relax and rest. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
