It’s wet and cold outside, and time for our 3rd Annual Gumbo in the Barn at Stowel Lake Farm!
This dish hails from South Louisiana, where Gumbo Season is in full swing.
The making of this smoky stew of andouille sausage and chicken over rice, carries a sense of ritual and comfort, and is a very good reason to gather with friends.
On Sunday, January 18th, we invite you to leave your home and hang with us in our cozy barn for some Gumbo, rice, coleslaw and some Lagniappe (a little something extra). We’ll have some South Louisiana tunes playing and a roaring fire.
We are so happy this evening has become so loved.
So that we can accommodate more people, we're going to have two seatings: 5:30pm & 7:30pm. Seating is communal, but let us know if you want to roll with a larger group, and we’ll try to get you together.
We ask that those who have children or prefer an earlier dinner to come at 5:30pm . Those who are able to come to the later seating, please do so.
See tickets for different dinner options available, including kiddos and gluten-free vegetarians. If your child will not eat Gumbo, please feel free to pack them a dinner from home.
