Katherine and Erin are excited to create a unique long weekend experience for you including Yoga, Meditation, Running/Hiking, Lake Swimming, Workshop/Bootcamp Classes, Self-Reflection, Ceremony, Bioluminescence and Delicious Nourishing Farm-to-Table Meals.
Yoga classes will be Invigorating vinyasa, relaxing deep stretch, Yin, and Hatha with Hands on Assists. Fitness Classes are a Variety of HIIT Pilates, Bootcamp and Energetic strength.
We will begin every day with silence into a Guided meditation and Breath Work. At the end of the day we will set intentions and close with a fire ceremony.
Includes farm to table meals, morning meditation, 2 daily yoga or fitness classes, Lake/Ocean Swimming, a bon fire (of course s'mores), tour of the farm, special ceremony, ferry pick up/ drop off from Fulford Harbour.
