Taking time for retreat is an invaluable practice that helps us stay connected to ourselves amid our daily lives. Retreat can support us in slowing down and is a deeply nourishing act. Join us and deepen your own path of yoga.

Drawing inspiration from Buddhist mindfulness, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, the natural world, and illuminating poetry and readings, this weekend will offer a yoga practice that is both dynamic and restorative with an emphasis on the individual needs of students.

This retreat is for everyone! Beyond the daily practices and delicious food, we’ll also have plenty of time to relax and rest. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome.
