Opening to the Flow of Now - Mindful Yoga and Meditation Retreat

Join us for this special immersion into yoga, somatic healing, and meditation with longtime movement and meditation teacher and Chinese Medicine practitioner Jennifer Raye. We'll explore the healing arts and yoga to soothe the nervous system, unwind strain and fatigue, build deep vitality, and support abiding presence. 

Drawing inspiration from Buddhist mindfulness, Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, the natural world, and illuminating poetry and readings, this weekend will offer a yoga practice that is both dynamic and restorative with an emphasis on the individual needs of students. 


This retreat is for everyone! Beyond the daily practices and delicious food, we’ll also have plenty of time to relax and rest. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome.
