Licensed Chinese Medicine Practitioner & Mindful Yoga and Meditation Teacher
As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, an experienced E-RYT500 yoga and meditation teacher, and a published mindfulness author, Jennifer Raye offers practices that are integrative, therapeutic in nature, and have a strong focus on the individual needs of students.
With over 17 years in holistic health, her classes are influenced by an in-depth and long-term study of anatomy, bodywork, therapeutic movement, Buddhist contemplative practices, Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. Her offerings weave the physical yoga postures with spiritual, philosophical, energetic, and anatomical teachings. Her intention is to offer a practice that encourages depth, self-reflection, and holistic well-being.
