Dear friends,
Please join us for 6 magical days and five nights in the woods, where we will relax, retreat and recover from the noise of modern life.
Stowel Lake Farm is a lush, working farm, and an opportunity to drop into a deeply intuitive, soulful, creative space with other kindreds.
Mornings will be quiet, then we’ll move into our yoga practice, and eventually tumble into the Wild Writing. There will be warm things to drink and cozy nooks to hide away in. We’ll sit in circles and share stories, we’ll walk, and nap. Delicious meals will come from the land, and we promise warm beds, and star gazing at the end of the day.
All these practices – walking, yoga, writing and circling – are meant to loosen us up so we can access what is moving through us and what wants to be expressed. You don’t have to be a yogi or a writer to join us, just someone who is longing for a chance to take a deeper breath, and bring it down a few notches so you can feel like yourself again.
We have spots for 20 people and we’d love for you to join us.
