Make the Most of your Retreat Experience
We are excited to be offering new and improved experiences to make the most of your retreat. Please let us know if you would like to include any extras for your group, as well as any scheduling preferences, at least two weeks prior to your retreat start date.
The Lake and Sauna
Relax and recharge with private access to Stowel Lake and a custom built cedar sauna.
The sauna has a capacity of 8. We recommend scheduling your group into time slots to enjoy the dock, lake, and sauna.
Stowel Lake is a natural spring fed lake. It is a 10 minute walk* from the retreat area. The lake is beautiful for swimming in the warmer months and for cold immersion in the cooler months.
* The walk to the sauna is on gravel road and grassy paths, with some incline.

Special Long Table Dinner
Come together to celebrate and share in the abundance of the farm. Our long table dinner makes the last night a little extra special as an intentional gathering with beautiful place settings and seasonal flowers from the farm.
Option to dine outside beside the flower garden or transform the barn, depending on your preferences and the season.

Yoga Classes
Add some movement and mindfulness to your schedule with yoga in our beautiful Gatehouse studio.
We are happy to provide classes for your group, led by one of our amazing onsite or local teachers.
Please let us know your scheduling preferences and any guidelines for the class.
$100 per hour for the teacher
Wine Nights or Cocktail Hours
We offer wine and beer with dinner, or the option to host a bar for cocktail hours. All alcohol must be purchased through the farm.
Drinks can be held in the courtyard or barn, depending on your preferences and the season.
Pleases let us know if you are interested in including alcohol in your event.

Stowel Lake Farm Store
Bring home a piece of your experience at Stowel Lake Farm. We will be offering a variety of local and functional goods.
We will set up the store for guests to shop during check in and the day of departure, or day before. Please let us know your scheduling preferences.
