You will experience multiple yoga, fitness, and wellness workshop sessions daily. Practices will be suitable for all students and all fitness levels, and will emphasize breath, the mind-body connection, and pelvic floor friendly fitness (safe for all types of pelvic floor dysfunction).
Light-filled warm handcrafted buildings provide a supportive setting for retreat. There is plenty of space to curl up with a book by the woodstove, or practice in the cherrywood room with panoramic views of the farm.
Beyond the scheduled wellness classes and workshops, attendees are encouraged to relax in the beautiful common spaces, explore the gorgeous property and gardens, and enjoy the optional activities, tours, bodywork, and practice room.
