Ajna Yoga Annual Retreat ~ Increasing Ease through the Nervous System and the Fascia

Join Jules Payne and Michelle Schroeder on Salt Spring Island for their annual Stowel Lake Farm Retreat!

This year we will explore the connection between the nervous system and fascia. You will leave the retreat with simple tools you can use at home to regulate your nervous system (increase calm) and to release old patterns of muscular holding (decrease pain).

Michelle and Jules have been training yoga teachers and yoga therapists since 2008. Their studio, located in Oak Bay, Victoria, has been offering yoga therapy classes since 2012.

Enjoy multiple daily therapeutic yoga practices with the option to do as little or as much as you like.

Fees include farm to table vegetarian meals, accommodations and yoga to nourish your body, mind and spirit

This retreat is open to everybody with all levels of practice. Friends and family members welcome.

During your free time you may:
* Book a body treatment with Alinka
* Go for a walk or hike around the property or neighbouring trails
* Walk to the goat cheese farm down the road
* Explore the town of Ganges or the Saturday market
* Read a book
* Take a nap ;)

We specialize in yoga therapy, so we can always find an option for yoga that will feel good for every body, including chair alternatives.

This is a wonderful way to support your emotional health as we transition into the fall season.

2 discounted room spaces are available
