Learn About the Farm

Our organic farm grows produce for our farm stand as well as supplies our retreat kitchen for its unique farm to table cuisine. Our farm garden is the backbone of our community and our farmers pour their hearts into our organic produce.

Organic Cuisine

Our retreat cuisine is farm to table at its best, with farmers often harvesting produce minutes before preparation. You can find many of our retreat recipes in our book and the farm kitchen is happy to share more upon request. Food is an essential element of our retreats and we're lucky to have such an incredible kitchen team.

Unplug, Retreat

Stowel Lake Farm hosts a variety of mindfulness, yoga and life skills groups. We take pride in connection to the earth on the farm, and we don't mind the lack of cell reception. Come enjoy the quiet with us.
